P. Ramlee House is the former home of iconic Malaysian actor, director, singer, songwriter, composer and movie producer, Tan Sri Datuk Amar Dr. P. Ramlee. Now a museum that celebrates his illustrious career in the Malayan film and music industry, it is set on Jalan P. Ramlee (previously Counterhall Road). Next, the famous place that always tourists visit is Padang Kota Lama or simply call The Padang. Padang Kota Lama was created by British colonials in the civic district of George Town. It is bordered by Fort Cornwallis on one side, Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah, Jalan Padang Kota Lama and Light Street.
Mostly people come here to relax their mind and enjoy the landscape of Padang Kota Lama. This place has a lot of story behind it, somehow certain people come here because just want to do some research about this Padang because this place already claimed as Historical places in Malaysia.
